Hello! I’m Barbara, and some of you may know me by my Polish name, Basia. I was born in Vancouver, raised in Surrey, and for the past 8 years, I’ve called White Rock and South Surrey home. I’m proud to be fluent in Polish, and I love connecting with people from all walks of life.

When I’m not helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, you’ll likely find me at home in South Surrey with my wonderful husband and our adorable puppy, Teddy. If you follow me on social media, you’ll often see photos of Teddy – he's pretty cute!

In 2024, after spending 8 fulfilling years at an amazing credit union, I made the exciting decision to pivot my career and join Xeva Mortgage, a highly respected brokerage in Canada that gives me access to more mortgage products and services than ever before. Xeva is an award-winning brokerage with access to over 20 different lenders, and I’m fortunate to be supported by their talented in-house underwriting team. With their expertise – each member has between 15 to 30 years of mortgage experience – I’m able to offer an unparalleled level of service, ensuring that every application is handled with the utmost care and precision.

For me, relationships and trust are everything.
